An 18k Yellow Gold 25mm rare heptagon-shaped (7 sided) case, bezel set with round brilliant-cut diamonds, winder uniquely placed at 4 o'clock, integrated bracelet and clasp with the Rolex crown, sapphire crystal glass and manual wind movement. This watch has a serial starting: 692XXXX and was produced in 1981.
